Returns, Refunds and Ordering

JessMade Designs does not refund for any reason other than defect of the design.  We will gladly exchange the item with the exact same item. We will not refund or exchange because of fit (t-shirts, hoodies etc.). When ordering please know your size in men’s/unisex shirts. If you need to cancel your order after it has been started 50% of order is nonrefundable. The remainder may be used as a credit towards a future order. Items will be held for 90 days after which you will need to place a new order. 

 

Ordering 

Payment is due for your order to be started.  When ordering please allow 7 working days for your order to be completed. Jewelry orders take 10-14 days to complete from payment. Rush order fee of $15.00+ applies to any order needed in under 72 hours. Know your size when ordering either in women's or men’s/unisex shirts. All orders must be approved unless otherwise stated by customer.

Payments accepted are cash(prior to starting the order), cashapp and payment on this site.

Bulk Orders  

Bulk orders start at 75+ of the same item. Bulk orders must be placed at least 14 days prior to date needed. If it is needed in under 14 days a rush fee starting at $50+ will be applied.

 

Shipping 

Items can be shipped customer will pay for exact shipping costs. We ship to 48 states. Shipping may add up to 1 week unless otherwise stated.
